I’m Georgia Meredith, a freelance web designer based in the UK. I provide custom web design services, primarily for therapists, counsellors, and other small businesses.

I only collect the data I need, and I never sell or share your data with third parties without your permission.

5. How Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored securely in the following ways:

Google Drive: all client files (including form submissions and assets) are stored in folders accessible only to me.

Google Forms & Sheets: your form responses are stored within my Google Workspace, protected by secure login and password.

Canva: presentation documents and design concepts may be created in Canva. These are saved within my private, password-protected Canva account and are not publicly accessible.

Emails: communication is stored in my email account, which is password-protected.

Handwritten notes: these are stored privately and securely, then destroyed after project completion or at the end of my data retention period.

6. How Long I Keep Your Data
I will keep your data for up to 6 years after our last working contact. This is to maintain records for business and tax purposes.

You can request that I delete your data sooner if you wish (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
