About

Hello there, I'm Georgia, a neurodivergent counsellor based in Brighton, currently offering online counselling. I offer a kind, gentle space for women and non-binary adults to explore what matters to them. I specialise in working with neurodivergent people navigating emotional overwhelm, trauma, identity, or simply seeking space to reconnect with themselves.

Why I Do this Work

I came into this work through my own journey of self-discovery, learning to unmask, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with my body and truth.

I believe that therapy should feel spacious, human, and non-pathologising. That you don't need to explain or prove anything to be supported. And that deep change happens not by "fixing" ourselves, but by being truly seen and accepted.

How I Work

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your unique way of being. I won't analyse or direct you, instead, I'll walk alongside you as we gently explore what's going on beneath the surface, at your pace.

I draw from a humanistic integrative framework, which means I tailor our work to you, rather than fitting you into a set method. I believe that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, what supports one person may feel completely different for another.

As a neurodivergent counsellor, I offer space where you don't have to mask or explain yourself. You're welcome to show up however you are, with stimming, tangents, silence, or uncertainty, and we'll make room for all of it.

I often bring attention to the body and its signals, not in a forced way, but as an invitation. Our bodies can hold truths that words struggle to express. Together, we might notice what sensations arise, where tension sits, or what parts of you are asking to be heard.

Above all, I'm here to offer a space where you feel safe enough to be real, to soften, to speak, to feel, to not know, and be met with care every step of the way.

Training & Credentials

I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling, having trained over several years through CPCAB accredited courses.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.

I also engage in regular CPD, including training around ADHD, autism, suicide prevention, trauma, somatic work and the misrepresentation of ADHD and autism in women and non-binary people.

Before training as a counsellor, I completed a BA (Hons) Degree in Dance, which continues to inform my sensitivity and awareness of the body in therapeutic work.

I also receive regular clinical supervision and hold professional insurance.
